The Customer Support Engineer performs troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of complex equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. They manage inventory, prepare reports, and assist installation teams, working largely onsite at customer locations.

The Sr. HPC Systems Architect will design, implement, and support HPC storage and compute platforms, ensuring performance and scalability while collaborating on architecture and deployment across teams.

Lead cross-functional teams to extend product life and ensure spare-parts supportability for wafer inspection products. Drive project prioritization, scoping, funding (ROI-based), risk mitigation, and program reporting. Present updates to senior management and adapt delivery using agile and waterfall methods while leveraging emerging technologies to improve planning and execution.

Hands-on role designing, modeling, prototyping, testing, and implementing precision motion systems for semiconductor equipment. Perform FEA, structural dynamics, vibration and thermal analysis, create detailed CAD models and drawings, build and refine prototypes, and collaborate with systems, controls, manufacturing, and physics teams to drive design decisions and product implementation.

Provide on-site customer service to diagnose, troubleshoot, update, and repair complex semiconductor equipment. Represent KLA to customers, ensure operational quality, coordinate with customers to minimize downtime, and work under supervision of manager or senior CSE.

Lead strategic sourcing for new product introductions by developing supplier partnerships, sourcing packages (NDAs, RFQs, SOWs), and negotiating agreements. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, legal, and supply chain to ensure cost, quality, delivery, and supplier readiness, align to category strategies, mitigate risks, and accelerate time-to-market. Travel ~15-20%.

Support Customer Spare and Part Escalation operations by analyzing demand trends, KPIs, and performance metrics; identify process gaps and root causes; lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives; partner cross-functionally to resolve supply chain issues; ensure data integrity across BI platforms; document SAP S/4HANA requirements and reporting needs.
