Oversee project schedules and deliverables; perform process characterization and testing using spectroscopy, titration, and HPLC. Travel ~15%.

Design precision opto-mechanical components, modules and subsystems for reticle inspection tools. Lead full product lifecycle: requirements, feasibility, 3D modeling (Creo), FEA, tolerance/GD&T analysis, prototyping, supplier management, integration, testing, and release to manufacturing. Collaborate with optics, systems, manufacturing and service teams and document product issues and design reviews.

Lead product lifecycle activities for optical critical-dimension metrology systems: define requirements, evaluate/select technology, validate/verify products, transfer to manufacturing, support customer ramp, diagnose and drive resolution of system issues, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (optics, electronics, mechanics, software, algorithms). Some travel (<25%).

Design and implement advanced image-processing and computer-vision algorithms for defect detection and segmentation. Produce production-quality C++ and CUDA code, collaborate with hardware and field teams for deployments, and support algorithm integration and optimization on GPU-accelerated inspection platforms. Occasional international travel.

Coordinate site operations for the Totowa facility including administrative oversight, facilities and supply management, onboarding support, calendar and travel coordination, creating reports and presentations, event planning, vendor and IT coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to support multiple leaders.

The role involves leading hardware innovation, developing systems, applying electron optics expertise, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring engineers.
