Drive resolution of complex customer escalations, define system specifications, contribute to architecture and validation, support global customers onsite, and ensure product performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability.

Provide technical expertise for semiconductor wafer inspection products through customer demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting, rapid prototyping, and product characterization. Support sales by assessing customer requirements, developing test plans, collecting/analysing data, producing best-known methods and training materials, and publishing application results. Role requires cross-functional collaboration and travel to customer sites.

Manage and grow strategic semiconductor customer accounts by developing account strategies, leading full sales cycles, partnering with engineers and procurement, delivering technical value propositions, and closing high-value deals. Collaborate with applications, engineering, and product teams, present to stakeholders, and identify new opportunities within existing and adjacent accounts. Travel ~20%.

Lead strategy, deployment, and operations of enterprise endpoint security tools (EDR/XDR, DLP, EPM) across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Manage and mentor an endpoint engineering team, integrate tools with SIEM/SOAR and SOC workflows, drive incident response and remediation, define hardening standards and roadmaps, run POCs and vendor management, and partner with IT, IAM, and compliance to balance security and usability.

Lead customer engagement and technical programs for reticle inspection and semiconductor equipment. Drive product adoption, tool qualification, ramp, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. Mentor and develop technical engineers while aligning roadmap with Product, Engineering, Service, and Sales to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
