Oversee Ford’s nationwide TRAC technician certification programs, coordinating launches, curriculum, instructors, equipment, student support, dealership relationships, and college partnerships. Manage program communications, KPIs, reporting, forecasting, analytics, certifications, and continuous improvement across participating institutions. Serve as the primary liaison among Ford, community colleges, technical schools, field teams, and dealerships while presenting program performance and expansion recommendations to stakeholders.

Leads architecture, development, implementation, and support of enterprise SAP and cloud integrations. Collaborates with manufacturing engineering, material handling, ergonomics, and plant teams, using MODAPTS for work measurement. Requires domestic travel of 20–25%.

Provides financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and control for product development programs. Partners with engineering, program management, supply chain, and technology planning teams to manage costs, investments, capital allocation, sourcing decisions, business cases, reporting, and program milestones. Uses financial modeling, Power BI, and data analytics to identify efficiencies and support strategic decisions.

Develop and verify vehicle sensor subsystems for propulsion and emissions compliance. Lead robustness studies, calibration support, instrumentation, special test hardware and software development, sensor verification, competitor benchmarking, and production vehicle problem solving. Perform dyno and vehicle testing, analyze data using MATLAB or equivalent tools, and document system robustness using FMEA, P-diagrams, and validation testing.

Own Ford’s industrial knowledge graph and MCP serving layer end to end. Design, deploy, and operate GCP-native data and AI systems that transform industrial event data into a governed, queryable graph for engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply-chain agents. Responsibilities include graph modeling, agent tool contracts, observability, reliability, data onboarding, schema validation, governance, security, and collaboration with data source owners.

Designs and improves manufacturing systems, labor standards, plant layouts, workflows, and production methods. Conducts ergonomics, time-and-motion, cycle-time, value-stream mapping, and process studies; resolves bottlenecks; supports labor allocation, engineering changes, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement. Partners with production, quality, supervision, and UAW teams to optimize efficiency, quality, manpower utilization, and line balancing.

Supports and improves machining and assembly manufacturing processes on an off-shift. Responsibilities include continuous improvement, quality investigations, process audits, ergonomic evaluations, corrective actions, lean initiatives, ISO 14001 compliance, process documentation, throughput optimization, and resolution of assembly concerns.

Provides technical leadership and operational support for Ford’s dynamometer lab technology environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting test-bed hardware and software, supporting high-availability systems, modernizing legacy .NET and VBScript applications with Java and cloud technologies, managing PostgreSQL data solutions, building CI/CD pipelines, and improving reliability, security, and incident response. The role partners with test engineers, vendors, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity stakeholders to maintain lab operations and enable vehicle and component testing.

Conduct workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, policy violations, and employee relations concerns. Develop investigation plans, interview stakeholders, maintain confidential documentation, write reports, recommend outcomes, and ensure timely case closure. Partner with HR, Labor Relations, legal counsel, and business leaders on discipline, grievances, arbitration, litigation, and compliance. Coach employees on HR policies and performance matters, analyze case trends, and promote an ethical, inclusive workplace.
