Lead Ford's Experience Strategy & Design team to define and deliver next-generation in-vehicle UI/UX. Set design vision, drive large strategic projects, unite cross-functional teams, create prototypes and high-quality deliverables, communicate to executives, and ensure cohesive, scalable vehicle experiences from concept through delivery.

Design, implement, and monitor financial and operational controls to ensure SOX compliance. Perform control testing, identify gaps, support remediation, assess risks, coordinate audits, prepare control performance reports, and partner with business stakeholders using data tools to drive insights.

Embedded HR Business Partner supporting hourly and salaried employees at manufacturing plants. Drive talent management, workforce planning, labor relations (collective bargaining, grievances, arbitration), HR operations (payroll, leave administration), compliance, safety, DEI, and change management. Partner with leaders using HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and build high-performance, engaged teams on the plant floor.

Lead global program governance for Ford's service lead program, building and enforcing operating models (PDCA), aligning cross-functional stakeholders, holding IT/Product and regional teams accountable for delivery and adoption, driving KPI reporting, managing dependencies and risks, and leading strategic planning, business case development, and resource prioritization for multi-market product launches.

Perform hands-on testing, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of prototype and production-intent electric vehicles and high-voltage systems. Integrate prototype hardware/software, run lab, dynamometer, track and on-road tests, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical/software issues, follow HV safety procedures, document results, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure vehicle performance, safety, reliability, and quality.
