Design and deliver vehicle features from concept through production: define network/wiring/power architectures, author specifications and DFMEA, validate control logic with MBSE and SiL, build BDD/Gherkin test automation, drive quality improvements using Six Sigma, and collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers and product teams.

Own and deliver Salesforce-based omnichannel personalization (recommendations and retargeting) across Web, App, Email, SMS, and Paid Media. Manage backlog, translate strategy into user stories, run experiments, monitor feature performance, optimize next-best-action and audience logic, collaborate with marketing, engineering, and data teams, and ensure privacy compliance across global regions.

Lead vehicle systems integration by collaborating across engineering, design, and manufacturing to develop, prototype, and validate integrated mechanical and electromechanical solutions. Drive cross-functional architecture trades, resolve geometric incompatibilities using 3D tools and first principles, and improve cost, mass, manufacturability, serviceability, and user experience.

Own product strategy and execution for the Experiences Hub, building end-to-end transactional capabilities (discovery, booking, payment, fulfillment), onboarding Ford Racing experiences, coordinating cross-org stakeholders, driving revenue and placement strategy, and using personalization and experimentation to optimize performance across Web, App, Email, and SMS.

Design and validate high-speed digital circuitry and layouts for vehicle modules. Create schematics, perform worst-case and failure-mode analyses, define processor pin assignments, develop test/stress routines, validate performance across conditions, troubleshoot root causes, and collaborate with software, mechanical, manufacturing teams and suppliers. Occasional travel required.

Design, develop, validate and release vehicle frame and underbody structural components. Lead robust design activities (DFMEA/PFMEA, control plans), resolve durability and assembly issues, ensure component meets crash, packaging, and thermal requirements, mentor peers, and drive cost and warranty reductions through benchmarking and material cost initiatives.
