Lead global refrigerant fluid transport engineering: run technical design reviews, author specs and DFMEA/DVP/ESOW, troubleshoot components and subsystems, manage supplier interfaces and manufacturing resolutions, run benchmarking/TVM, support durability, crash-safety, quality signoffs, and program activities. Troubleshoot and resolve tooling, equipment, conveyor, and automation issues; program and maintain PLCs, robots, vision systems, and networked controls; perform backups, risk assessments, train staff, and support installations and continuous improvement.

Design and build electrical systems for prototype vehicles and test stands: create schematics, design PCBs, harnesses, and power distribution for HV/LV systems, integrate sensors and instrumentation, troubleshoot CAN networks and motor controllers, perform reverse engineering and data analysis, and support off-site testing.

Lead assembly and machining controls engineering for VOME & PTO programs through launch. Implement standard hardware/software controls architectures, capture lessons learned, lead supplier and management reviews, resolve controls issues, respond to downtime, and deliver new model work across global sites. Requires significant travel and off-shift work during peak installs and launches.
