Coordinates automotive product launches, product transfers, and product line decommissioning. Manages schedules, milestones, costs, manufacturing and packaging strategies, supplier coordination, equipment validation and disposition, PPAP tracking, risk mitigation, compliance, and meeting follow-up. Manages quality, cost, weight, function, timing, suppliers, engineering milestones, studio interfaces, regulatory compliance, prototype issue resolution, and design changes. Develops high-performance vehicle solutions while collaborating with core interior engineering teams. Requires automotive design and release experience, CAD expertise, program delivery knowledge, and hands-on fabrication or mockup skills.

Design, build, deploy, and operate scalable cloud-native microservices and APIs (Java/Spring Boot) on AWS/GCP and Kubernetes. Build event-driven systems with Kafka, ensure reliability via TDD, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production services at global scale.

Improves battery production capacity and equipment efficiency through capacity-loss, line-balance, OEE, coating-speed, and lean analysis. Plans tooling and auxiliary facilities, leads Gemba and improvement activities, coordinates production resources, and supports new-line construction, equipment installation, and commissioning. Requires flexibility across day, night, weekend, holiday, and rotational shifts.
