Design and implement math- and physics-based lateral and longitudinal vehicle motion control strategies for a centralized vehicle motion control system. Lead supplier integration, subsystem design and reviews, functional safety analyses, firmware validation (hardware bring-up, labcar, SIL/HIL), and test plan development and execution. Lead AI-native technical program delivery for the ADVEV platform: translate roadmaps into execution, build prototypes and AI automation, coordinate product and engineering stakeholders, drive release planning, and implement dashboards and agentic tooling to automate program operations and reporting.

Design, implement, and validate firmware architecture and control/estimation algorithms for vehicle body systems (windows, latches, motors, lighting). Lead hardware integration and bring-up on test assets and vehicles, develop tests (unit/SIL/HIL), collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in functional safety analyses to move features from prototype to high-volume production.

Lead hardware and software core development for ADAS sensors across vehicle programs. Own requirements, design reviews, sourcing, failure mode and functional safety analyses, validation and launch support, supplier management, and quality documentation (DFMEA, DVP&R, WCCA). Troubleshoot hardware/software/packaging issues, define testing and durability needs, and drive warranty reduction and continuous improvement.

Design and develop door, hood, drop glass, and liftgate opening systems from concept through production. Create and optimize 3D geometry and designs using CAD, GD&T, analytical and physical testing, and ensure compliance with automotive regulations. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and present engineering solutions to senior management.

Lead software quality efforts for automotive platforms by driving early defect detection and prevention, process improvements, design and failure mode reviews, supplier collaboration, warranty and field data analysis, and coaching teams on ISO 26262 and ASPICE-aligned practices to improve verification, validation, and reliability.

Design, develop, and validate embedded vehicle motion control algorithms and firmware. Integrate centralized motion control across domains, perform hardware bring-up, collaborate with suppliers, lead functional safety analyses, and execute SIL/HIL/labcar validation and debugging for vehicle-level performance and robustness.

Lead system engineering for eMotor stator and rotor assemblies: design, materials, prototype builds, supplier coordination, testing and validation, develop DFMEA/MSA/GD&T/control plans, benchmark technologies, and support cross-functional program delivery.
