Provide legal support on U.S. domestic tax planning, controversy (audits/appeals), and transactional matters including M&A, restructurings, joint ventures, and financings. Manage Ford’s enterprise AI opportunity pipeline across Sandbox, Functional Program, and Enterprise Bet stages. Maintain the portfolio inventory, clarify business cases and funding needs, prepare prioritization and tradeoff analyses, and support leadership decision packages. Identify stalled or underfunded opportunities and provide accurate pipeline data for start, stop, scale, and sunset decisions. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong organization, and the ability to turn incomplete ideas into decision-ready business cases.

Oversee manufacturing maintenance operations, skilled trades, production controls, automation, robotics, and equipment readiness. Develops reusable playbooks, standards, templates, and coaching for business units; manages workflow adoption metrics and third-party redesign resources; and partners across functions to operationalize AI-enabled work at scale.

Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable backend microservices and APIs for high-volume vehicle telematics data. Build cloud services, ingestion pipelines, and event-driven systems using Java or Kotlin and Spring. Manage testing, CI/CD, cloud deployments, root cause analysis, and defect prevention. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on fleet-management solutions, influence architecture and technical strategy, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.
