Sell commercial truck tires, retreads and services to fleet customers. Solicit new accounts, maintain and grow existing accounts, meet sales and profit goals, prepare weekly plans and call reports, use company billing system, and travel regionally.

Support programming, configuring, and troubleshooting Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs for mixing/compounding equipment. Troubleshoot control systems, drives, and instrumentation, maintain control program and wiring documentation, assist equipment installations and process improvements, and support FactoryTalk and MES implementations. Work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement, train maintenance technicians, and support production (including nights and weekends) while applying industrial safety standards.

Lead plant financial analysis, reporting, and month-end/year-end close activities. Support budgeting, forecasting, cost-variation analysis, fixed assets, inventory accuracy, standard cost setup, capital requests, and decision support for plant operations to improve cost and financial performance.

Lead development and scaling of the hydraulics platform and portfolio. Define long-term product mix, sourcing, go-to-market strategy, and capacity alignment. Drive portfolio rationalization, cross-functional governance, investment planning, and KPIs while partnering with Product, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure profitable growth.
