As a CNO Developer, you'll manage project life cycles, lead an Agile team, conduct vulnerability analyses, and leverage AI in system operations.

Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end web applications in an agile environment. Build backend services, APIs, and integrations; create responsive front-end UIs and data visualizations; work with SQL/NoSQL databases; implement CI/CD and containerized deployments; support system design, security, and ATO processes as needed. Collaborate with clients and teams from concept to production, and obtain necessary security clearance.

Maintain and sustain legacy enterprise applications: troubleshoot and fix bugs, enhance features, upgrade systems for security, develop and test interfaces and modules, lead design/code reviews, advise clients on modernization, and operate within Agile teams using scripting, microservices, cloud, and source control.

Develop end-to-end software solutions in an agile environment using Java/JEE and Spring. Build RESTful APIs, work on backend services on Linux, and improve system architecture. Collaborate with clients, follow security requirements, obtain DoD 8570 certification, and maintain required Top Secret clearance.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions and Foundry architecture. Architect cloud-based, secure, scalable data pipelines, integrations, microservices, and databases. Guide engineering teams, perform technical discovery, run design reviews and proofs-of-concept, and ensure solutions meet business, security, and enterprise architecture requirements.

Provide cybersecurity expertise for weapon and space systems: assess threats, perform penetration testing and red teaming, develop mitigations and documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, deliver training, and support implementation of cybersecurity solutions and mission-based risk assessments.

Design, train, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning models for defense applications. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, architects, and product owners to implement AI use cases, guide clients on ML algorithms and tools, and drive mission-focused solutions.

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and optimization solutions for Department of War customers. Implement ML pipelines on AWS GovCloud and Databricks, maintain PySpark/Delta Lake pipelines, develop feature stores, ensure model governance (bias, explainability, monitoring), produce performance reports, translate mission requirements into model specs, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead design and architecture of cybersecurity solutions for federal networks: harden systems, reduce attack surface, develop Zero Trust roadmaps, guide product selection, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement cloud, IoT, A&O, IAM, and ML security capabilities.

Lead configuration management for naval enterprise network systems: create and maintain CMPs and baselines, manage CMDB and CCB processes, process ECRs, ensure STIG and RMF compliance, coordinate audits and ATO activities, and automate configuration tracking while collaborating with systems, cybersecurity teams, and Navy stakeholders.
