The Regulatory Requirements System Integrity Solutions Director will guide clients in navigating regulatory needs during application implementations in life sciences, leading a technical team and managing compliance, risk, and security strategies.

Manage audit engagements in the Private Equity practice, providing high-quality client service, mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to audit standards, and maintaining client relationships.

Lead vendor sourcing, review, redline, and negotiate commercial and IT-related contracts (cloud/SaaS, software, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs). Coordinate with business leaders, conduct security/privacy due diligence, provide contract risk summaries, and coach stakeholders on negotiation and contract interpretation.

The role involves facilitating SPM workshops, managing product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing portfolio management through ServiceNow capabilities.

Lead IT advisory engagements for middle-market clients, conducting IT assessments, providing fractional IT leadership, driving cloud and infrastructure transformation, executing strategy via OKRs, and leading generative AI briefings and adoption programs (Copilot, AI risk assessments, custom AI apps). Advocate change management and collaborate with internal teams to convert briefings into managed services revenue.

Lead complex business valuation engagements across financial reporting, tax, transactions, and advisory purposes. Provide technical valuation analyses, supervise engagement teams, mentor staff, support client relationships, leverage automation and analytics, and contribute to practice growth and process improvement.

Supervise private equity and real estate fund administration including preparation of quarterly/annual financial statements, investor reporting, capital calls/distributions, cash management, fee/carried interest calculations, client onboarding, auditor/tax coordination, and training junior staff while using the firm's fund administration platform.

Advise engagement teams and NPSG on complex SEC reporting and compliance; develop interpretive guidance, manuals, training, and thought leadership; monitor standards, draft comment letters, liaise with SEC and peers; support risk management, inspections, investigations, and staff development.

Advise clients on process risk and internal controls by performing risk assessments, testing operating effectiveness, drafting test plans and reports, reviewing staff work, managing budgets, and supporting client relationships while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development.

Drive organic revenue growth across 8-15 Industrials key accounts by building C-suite relationships, executing strategic account plans, and converting single-service clients into multi-service partnerships. Lead cross-sell initiatives, coordinate internal teams to deliver integrated assurance, tax, and consulting solutions, manage pipeline and renewals, and provide industry insights to improve client outcomes and account health.
