Lead integration of LLMs into ASIC physical design workflows: identify automation targets, build agentic PnR loops, evaluate LLM outputs versus sign-off criteria, create RAG pipelines indexing PDKs and runbooks, write Tcl bridge scripts to translate suggestions into EDA tool commands, and drive prototype-to-production delivery to reduce design cycle time.

Lead technical engagement and market development for Cisco's Hospitality Smart Cameras portfolio. Act as customer-facing technical authority, gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap, develop deployment strategies, create demos/POCs/collateral, document successes into case studies, and train field/partner teams. Frequent travel and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Experience.

Define and own multi-quarter roadmap for telemetry ingestion and data-platform capabilities. Prioritize and translate distributed-system constraints into product requirements and measurable outcomes. Partner with engineering, data science, and design to build APIs, tools, and access patterns that enable low-latency, high-availability telemetry services and support AI/ML use cases. Measure success by reliability, latency, scale, adoption, and customer experience.

Lead and coach a software engineering team building cloud-native, distributed indexing and storage platform services. Drive technical strategy, execution of multi-quarter initiatives, architecture reviews, operational excellence, incident response, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, reliable platform infrastructure.

Develop Linux-based diagnostic test suites and BSPs for Cisco switches, perform hardware bring-up and system integration, collaborate with ASIC/hardware teams and vendors, debug hardware issues, and support manufacturing test and failure analysis to improve yield and test time.
