Leads production planning and scheduling strategies across manufacturing operations, including forecasting, master scheduling, capacity planning, inventory optimization, shop scheduling, and production control. Defines requirements and design standards, drives trade studies and reliability assessments, supports prototype and validation activities, resolves cross-functional integration challenges, evaluates materials and manufacturing methods, and mentors engineering teams.

Leads industrial engineers and technicians supporting manufacturing operations through labor planning, capacity analysis, facility and production layout design, workforce optimization, ergonomic assessment, line balancing, simulation, NPI readiness, and continuous improvement. The role manages labor standards, staffing models, productivity initiatives, CapEx analysis, and cross-functional operational improvements while mentoring the industrial engineering team.

Leads manufacturing process engineering for high-technology electronics, including manufacturability, root-cause analysis, process controls, equipment implementation, statistical analysis, troubleshooting, process documentation, production transfers, training, yield improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives. Partners with production and engineering teams to establish repeatable processes, improve throughput and safety, support equipment maintenance, and introduce new technologies.
