Provides enterprise-level technical leadership for electrical, controls, PLC, SCADA, industrial networking, and automation systems in highly automated manufacturing environments. Troubleshoots complex equipment failures, modifies and validates PLC programs, improves reliability, supports OT connectivity and manufacturing data integration, establishes technical standards, and mentors engineering and technician teams. Serves as the senior escalation point for complex controls and electrical issues and drives root-cause solutions.

Supports ERP and enterprise IT systems across hybrid cloud environments by monitoring performance, managing incidents, backups, patches, continuity planning, system enhancements, and change management. Gathers business requirements, develops and tests system improvements, administers applications and hardware, troubleshoots user issues, coordinates vendors, tracks SLAs and metrics, and maintains data integrity and security.

Develops internal communications, executive presentations, branded materials, visual storytelling, photography, and video content. Supports SharePoint administration, employee engagement campaigns, onboarding, wellness, learning, safety, and leadership communications. Collaborates with HR, operations, program management, and site leadership while maintaining brand standards and digital asset libraries.

Supports automated manufacturing equipment reliability and continuous improvement in a regulated medical device environment. Troubleshoots mechanical failures, performs root cause analysis, develops design improvements, and supports fabrication, installation, testing, validation, commissioning, and maintenance initiatives. Uses CAD, engineering drawings, calculations, and measurement tools to develop solutions while collaborating with maintenance, controls, manufacturing, and operations teams. Participates in Flex’s Engineering in Training program.

Provides high-level support to the Chief Human Resources Officer by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, confidential information, communications, action items, and executive deliverables. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, prepares presentations and briefing materials, supports talent and leadership activities, manages international travel documentation, and improves HR office workflows using AI, Microsoft Copilot, and digital tools.

Participates in a structured rotation program spanning business process strategy, industrial engineering, quality, and production. Supports manufacturing operations, capacity planning, labor optimization, quality systems, audits, CAPEX initiatives, Lean improvements, automation, production planning, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and business performance.

Plans and schedules manufacturing orders based on material, labor, equipment, and capacity availability. Manages build plans, ERP planning data, work orders, inventory levels, BOMs, routing, production changes, and schedule deviations. Coordinates with production, supply chain, customer teams, and master schedulers to address shortages, backlogs, rework, and delivery risks. Prepares reports, monitors KPIs, supports process improvements, and manages high-visibility customer programs while ensuring manufacturing compliance and training standards.

Develops and supports testing for high-power AI/ML, GPU, and hardware accelerator-based server, storage, and networking systems. Responsibilities include test process development, automation, system-level testing, failure analysis, debugging, data analysis, continuous improvement, safety compliance, technical training, and cross-functional collaboration across new product introduction and sustaining production.
