Lead and direct cross-functional program management for NPI and mass-production programs, ensuring schedule, technical and financial control (P&L), customer satisfaction, risk resolution, reporting, and mentoring of project/product managers to support business growth.

Support development, implementation, and documentation of PCBA production processes. Program SMT/placement, screen print, inspection and dispensing equipment; troubleshoot placement and process issues; generate programs using CAD/Gerbers/centroid/BOMs; create setup docs; manage program libraries and transfer documentation; support capacity planning and occasional maintenance.

Lead coolant distribution unit (CDU) product maturity from design to production. Manage a small engineering team, drive NPI/phase-gate processes, mitigate technical risk, support operations, engage customers on technical topics, and mentor junior engineers to deliver reliable fluid-system products for data centers.

Support production planning administrative tasks on the shop floor: act as primary contact for leads and ops, link to planning/scheduling, release/print/post work orders, own inventory reporting on the MDI board, track inventory trends and shortages, drive actions for red conditions and 15-day shortages.

Develop and deliver investor communications and materials, monitor market and peer performance, manage investor relationships and events, analyze financial results with finance and strategy teams, ensure SEC-compliant disclosures, and help craft the companys long-term equity story.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, validation, and supplier engagement for liquid-cooling components (cold plates, manifolds, housings). Create CAD models and GD&T, perform structural and fluid/thermal analysis, develop test plans, support EVT/DVT/PVT, drive manufacturability and supplier qualification, and resolve field issues to enable scalable production.

Lead design and build of the U.S. state and local tax (SALT) function. Oversee income/franchise, sales and use, property, excise, licenses, and unclaimed property compliance; manage audits and controversies; select and manage advisors and tax technology; implement controls, processes, and staffing for a scalable SALT operating model.
