Lead development and execution of system-level test processes for liquid-cooled server rack products. Perform hands-on debugging, failure analysis, automation, data analysis, and training. Integrate liquid cooling expertise with hardware/software diagnostics across NPI and sustaining production to ensure quality, performance, and safety.

Develop and maintain automated test systems and software for liquid-cooled server rack products. Design test plans, execute and sustain manufacturing-level tests for servers, storage, and networking; perform failure analysis, debugging, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality, performance, and safety across NPI and production.

Manage strategic materials sourcing, pricing, and cost strategies for assigned accounts. Interface with customers and suppliers on new projects, drive supplier preference, implement supply assurance and cost-reduction plans, track materials financial performance, and expand VMI and electronic data integration.

Perform complex engineering tests, analyze results, fabricate and assemble mechanical components, set up and conduct operational tests, record data and recommendations, maintain software/equipment, assist engineers with hardware/software test development, train technicians, and interface with customers.

Lead market intelligence and supply chain risk programs: monitor disruptions, run supplier financial screening, manage SCRM and market-intel platforms, coordinate cross-functional crisis responses, produce executive reports, and drive platform deployments and vendor management.
