Lead SpinCo's corporate development activities including sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A, divestitures, investments, and partnerships. Manage end-to-end deal execution, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and regulatory/closing processes. Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for PCB production. Troubleshoot root causes, establish process controls, introduce new equipment and ECOs, train production staff, and drive cost, quality, and throughput improvements.

Optimize and validate SMT manufacturing processes (printing, placement, reflow, AOI/SPI), troubleshoot defects, lead RCA/ corrective actions, support NPI/DFM, train technicians, maintain process controls and documentation, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.
