Manages the complete vehicle total loss process, including insurance claim notifications, GAP filings, ancillary product cancellations, document collection, portal updates, title coordination, and account routing. Communicates with insurance carriers, GAP providers, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues and prevent account aging. Requires accurate documentation, timely processing, FDCPA compliance, strong organization, and professional communication.

Leads inventory and transportation coordinators and vendors to ensure vehicles reach auctions on schedule and within policy. Monitors performance, conducts quality reviews, sets goals, develops staff through coaching and training, and improves remarketing processes. Collaborates with internal departments and external partners to maintain compliance, improve resource efficiency, and support strategic projects.
