Manage and develop the indirect funding team, improve productivity and workflows, educate funding specialists and dealers on policies, handle dealer escalations, and collaborate with Dealer Specialists, Risk, Product, and other departments to meet service-level objectives. The role requires leadership, auto lending, indirect funding, processing or underwriting experience, strong communication, strategic thinking, and process improvement skills.

The role requires customer-facing sales or hospitality experience, adaptability, teamwork, a valid driver’s license, and completion of required training, background, and drug screening.

Guide customers through the sales cycle, secure appointments and conversions, perform store operational tasks (opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, documentation), maintain product and financing knowledge, support onboarding and training of new advisors, and help ensure compliance and a consistent customer experience.

Develops engaging, outcomes-based learning solutions for employees across the organization. Designs e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, and technology-based training programs, courses, learning paths, and curricula. Partners with business stakeholders to identify development needs, translate business goals into learning strategies, assess effectiveness, and integrate company branding and culture. Applies instructional design methodologies and learning research while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

Reviews indirect auto finance contract packages for accuracy, verifies loan documentation, assesses compliance with underwriting policies and credit stipulations, identifies potential fraud, resolves pending items with dealership partners, documents escalations, answers dealer questions, and supports specialized funding processes and projects.

Guides prospective vehicle buyers through the full sales cycle, including customer outreach, appointments, vehicle and financing selection, negotiations, and purchase completion. Supports dealership operations through inventory management, cash handling, audits, documentation, compliance, opening and closing procedures, and customer experience activities. Also assists with new-hire training, team collaboration, and progressive certification across sales, operations, inventory, and dealership leadership responsibilities.

Guides customers through vehicle selection, financing, appointments, and completed sales while delivering tailored dealership experiences. Performs store operations including cash handling, inventory management, audits, documentation, opening and closing procedures, and compliance tasks. Maintains knowledge of inventory and sales processes, supports team development and new-hire training, and progresses through certification levels with increasing sales, operational, inventory, and dealership leadership responsibilities.

Manage vehicle impound accounts by communicating and negotiating with impound facilities, evaluating whether to recover or abandon vehicles, completing legally required documentation, assigning recovery vendors, researching impound status, and routing accounts appropriately. The role requires collections and loss-mitigation knowledge, FDCPA compliance, state repossession law research, accurate documentation, conflict management, and timely account processing.

Manage vendor relationships and sublet repairs, coordinate transportation, validate vendor work and invoices, apply invoices to repair orders, manage labor/parts coding, oversee tire orders, and ensure repair quality and adherence to company standards.
