Lead and scale Renewals delivery for an AI-native Retention-as-a-Service business. Build team structures, playbooks, and forecasting; drive gross revenue retention; manage customer relationships and escalation; hire and develop renewal managers; define AI-human workflow allocation; partner cross-functionally to improve tooling and delivery.

Own end-to-end onboarding and delivery for enterprise Gainsight implementations. Manage project plans, scope, risks, change orders, and executive communications. Lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams, coach team members, and create scalable templates, processes, and tools to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and successful customer outcomes.

Lead GTM and RevOps analytics to build AI-enabled, self-service intelligence across pipeline, bookings, ARR, GRR, NRR, renewals, churn risk, and customer health. Create executive-ready dashboards, define and govern core metrics, surface proactive insights, support forecasting and capacity planning, and partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Lead complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations from contract to validated outcomes. Own scope, timelines, budget, risk, and governance; align executives; coordinate Solution Architecture, Product, and Engineering; develop reusable playbooks; mentor TPMs; and ensure technically sound integrations without serving as the primary engineer.
