Lead global IT strategy and operations for a multi-site fulfillment network: define organizational model, enterprise network and security architecture, IT service delivery and asset management, vendor governance, budget and reporting, and peak-season readiness. Transform IT from reactive support to proactive, engineering-forward infrastructure enabling high availability, cybersecurity, and scalable site rollouts.

Manage and configure Salesforce and related revenue systems to support Sales, Marketing, CX, and Merchant Success. Build automation, maintain data integrity, troubleshoot integrations, produce reporting and dashboards, document processes, and train revenue teams to improve operational workflows and forecasting.

Lead and execute ShipMonk’s full-funnel performance marketing across paid media, SEO, CRO, and retention. Build acquisition programs, run experiments, manage budget and attribution, track analytics, and partner cross-functionally to drive growth and LTV.

Hire, train, and manage supervisors and hourly teams, oversee sanitation and compliance, and partner cross-functionally to optimize layout, workflows, and productivity.

Lead and develop frontline supervisors and hourly associates in a fulfillment center, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and process improvements. Drive staffing and productivity plans, monitor performance metrics, enforce compliance, mentor teams, and partner with other managers to share best practices across shifts and facilities.

Lead and scale fulfillment center operations, ensuring warehouse safety, sanitation, equipment maintenance, inventory accuracy, KPI attainment, and P&L management. Hire, train, and manage supervisory and hourly staff, drive productivity initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and implement operational procedures and layout/process improvements to meet cost and service targets.

Lead and build ShipMonk's Operations Continuous Improvement function: hire and run a CI team, prioritize and deliver projects across fulfillment sites, apply Lean/Six Sigma problem-solving, track KPI-driven cost, quality, and speed improvements, drive change management and CI training, and partner with Process Excellence and Analytics to embed standards and measure impact.
