Lead full-lifecycle product marketing for an AAA live-service multiplayer shooter: build go-to-market plans, run online/offline campaigns, manage agencies and platform partnerships, drive influencer/esports/community initiatives, optimize paid media and KPIs, analyze performance and player feedback, and manage multi-million-dollar marketing budgets across platforms to grow and retain a global player base.

Lead and define character art direction, maintain quality standards, and oversee the full AAA character pipeline from modeling and texturing to in-engine implementation. Improve pipelines, review and mentor team and outsource artists, manage schedules and resources, and ensure game-optimized characters meet technical constraints and project deliverables.

Lead and define the project's visual direction across characters, environments, and props; establish and maintain concept art quality and style guides; collaborate with Art Directors, Design, and 3D teams; review and mentor internal and outsourced artists; rapidly iterate and present alternatives; ensure concepts translate into final in-game output and meet deliverables.
