Develops, tests, documents, enhances, and maintains software applications supporting business requirements. Collaborates with internal teams to define specifications, writes and debugs code, monitors performance, prepares status reports, trains end users, and supports application improvements. Manages employer, health plan, and PBM client accounts; supports account strategy, renewals, quarterly business reviews, performance analysis, and client communications. Builds relationships with clients, brokers, consultants, and senior stakeholders while coordinating internal teams to resolve issues, identify solutions, support negotiations, and drive satisfaction and retention. The role requires travel to corporate headquarters and client sites.

Owns Navitus’s enterprise AI governance and enablement program, including governance frameworks, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, use-case inventory, vendor AI evaluations, reporting, and committee operations. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, IT, Engineering, and Learning Services to support responsible AI adoption. Leads proof-of-concept initiatives, develops policies and training strategies, tracks regulatory developments, mentors others, and presents governance insights and recommendations to leadership.

Leads a quality assurance automation team while remaining primarily hands-on. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing; planning and executing tests; integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines; improving QA processes; establishing standards; mentoring staff; managing resources; and supporting multiple Scrum teams. The role partners with engineering, product, and DevOps teams and requires cloud-native application testing experience.

Leads enterprise compensation strategy, governance, job architecture, pay structures, incentive and commission programs, market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, annual compensation cycles, and regulatory compliance. Advises executives and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders while managing and developing a compensation team.

Designs, builds, and operationalizes enterprise AI, generative AI, machine learning, and agentic AI solutions. Develops integrations, orchestration services, reusable tooling, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and governance controls. Partners with architecture, platform, data, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, compliant AI capabilities across the organization.
