Supervise a team of workers' compensation claims staff, ensuring quality, productivity, compliance with WC laws, and regulatory reporting. Provide training, coaching, jurisdictional and technical guidance on complex claims, support recruitment and onboarding, liaise with clients on claim resolutions, participate in claim reviews and presentations, and travel overnight for meetings as required.

Manage mid-to-complex auto and general liability claims (bodily injury, property damage), focusing on large-loss transportation/trucking and litigated files. Determine coverage and compensability, investigate, set reserves, authorize payments, communicate with stakeholders, follow client/carrier guidelines, and collaborate on complex claims.

Prepare, review, and submit Workers' Compensation EDI FROI and SROI filings using vendor platforms. Analyze claim data, interpret state-specific EDI implementation guides and reporting rules, resolve transaction errors/rejects, monitor compliance with deadlines, communicate with internal stakeholders, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Manage non-complex medical-only and minor lost-time liability claims under close supervision. Confirm coverage, determine compensability, set reserves, authorize payments within limits, communicate status to stakeholders, follow client/carrier guidelines, handle litigated files as assigned, and collaborate with senior claims staff on complex matters.

Supervise and coach a team of Workers' Compensation claims staff, ensure compliance with laws and company procedures, provide technical/jurisdictional guidance, support hiring/onboarding, participate in client claim reviews, and recommend claim resolutions.
