Manage and grow a portfolio of existing logistics accounts by building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, designing supply chain solutions, overseeing daily commitments, collaborating on pricing, using metrics to manage expectations, and leading customer meetings and business reviews.

Manage end-to-end commercial invoicing, ensure timely accurate invoice release, perform root-cause analysis, create and implement SOPs, handle customer invoice requests, collaborate with AR and collections, propose process improvements, and maintain AP customer relationships.
