Hands-on AI internship partnering with business units to identify AI opportunities, build research databases, support projects and trainings, document workflows, and present findings to leadership. The role serves as a subject matter expert while driving customer satisfaction, product utilization, compliance, retention, and operational excellence.

Owns customer relationships during multi-product school implementations, serving as the primary contact from planning through completion. Coordinates internal teams, timelines, communications, configurations, demonstrations, training, issue escalation, and customer expectations. Documents implementation activities, facilitates meetings, supports de-escalations, and uses feedback and lessons learned to improve processes, workflows, documentation, and training.

Lead design and delivery of compliance programs (PCI DSS, GLBA, HIPAA, NIST) for campus and public-sector customers. Manage schedules, scope, evidence collection, remediation, stakeholder coordination, and customer enablement. Author governance artifacts, train staff, support vISO services, and collaborate with QSAs and engineers to ensure accurate, timely deliverables across a portfolio of customers.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding from signed agreement to go-live: run kickoff calls and trainings, coordinate data collection and system setup, maintain project plans, resolve implementation blockers, ensure compliance, hand off to Account Management, and improve onboarding playbooks and training materials.

Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, diagnose and escalate non-complex technical issues, log interactions in a ticketing/CRM system, maintain client relationships, meet SLAs, and provide basic product guidance and training.

Lead and manage international accounting and finance functions, set strategy and standards, oversee budgeting/forecasting, coach teams, collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendors, and drive cross-team alignment to meet business objectives.

Assess customers' information security and privacy posture against standards (NIST, PCI, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), perform gap analyses, conduct onsite/remote assessments, produce findings and remediation recommendations, support sales as SME, and travel to customer sites as needed (25–50%).

Design and lead enterprise CRM architecture and integrations across sales, marketing, and service. Translate business needs into scalable, secure CRM solutions, establish roadmap and governance, mentor CRM teams, and oversee adoption of automation and AI capabilities while ensuring alignment with enterprise data and security standards.
