Define and document system scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria for transactional and API-based payment and billing systems. Partner with developers, QA, clients, and vendors to support integrations, migrations, and regulatory compliance. Manage financial reporting and accounting for tax credit investment portfolios, ensuring GAAP compliance, investor reporting, audits, forecasting, budgeting, risk mitigation, tax credit compliance, process improvements and team leadership for Nelnet Tax Credit Services.
