Supports renewable energy tax credit investments through pre-close due diligence, financial modeling, portfolio performance monitoring, compliance tracking, investor reporting, and coordination with sponsors, financiers, accounting, tax, legal, and syndication teams. The role analyzes funding, operational performance, return thresholds, and project deliverables while maintaining relationships with co-investors and development partners.
