Build and operate production data pipelines, CDC streams, and Snowflake Bronze-layer infrastructure using Python, SQL, Redpanda, and Dagster. Maintain source adapters, historical snapshots, schema-drift detection, deduplication, data-quality checks, reconciliation, and observability. Develop full-stack software for an AI-enabled workforce onboarding and case-support platform. Responsibilities include building backend services, APIs, and frontend components; translating requirements into tested code; participating in code reviews and Scrum activities; troubleshooting defects and performance issues; and collaborating with product, design, and domain teams. Engineers may continue supporting the platform or transition to future MVP development initiatives.

Leads growth strategy for Scholarship Services across Catholic, faith-based, and private-school choice markets. Builds executive relationships with dioceses, school networks, and scholarship organizations; identifies partnerships; represents FACTS at industry events; develops impact narratives and thought leadership; and collaborates with business development, product, operations, engineering, and marketing on go-to-market priorities, pricing, packaging, forecasting, and performance. Mentors colleagues and requires deep scholarship organization and Catholic education experience.

Develop and mature application security practices through manual code reviews, SAST/DAST and related security tooling, penetration testing, CI/CD automation, threat modeling, and vulnerability reporting. Partner with engineering, cloud, and product teams to implement secure SDLC processes, expand Security Champions programs, secure AI/LLM features, and mentor teams on secure design and coding.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of a scholarship disbursement product, covering payment authorization, recipient verification, fund controls, execution, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and exception management. Leads market discovery, requirements, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, engineering delivery, compliance, financial controls, go-to-market readiness, and performance measurement. Requires expertise in payment products, disbursements, fraud prevention, provider networks, treasury principles, money movement compliance, and Agile product development.

Leads FACTS’ public school engagement strategy for the federal tax credit scholarship program. Builds relationships with policy coalitions, K-12 associations, school districts, foundations, and scholarship-granting organizations; translates federal and state policy into practical guidance; educates public school leaders; develops messaging; and coordinates with government relations and business development teams. The role also represents FACTS at industry forums, maps target districts and partners, manages staff, monitors compliance, and travels up to 50%.

Leads and develops a technical support team through coaching, training, performance management, scheduling, and workload allocation. Handles escalated tickets and complex technical problems, coordinates incident management and stakeholder communications, supports software deployments and change control meetings, monitors systems and alerts, and collaborates with operations and technology teams to meet client and organizational goals.

Supports finance and accounting activities, including month-end close, financial analysis, cash deposits, lockbox processing, credit card chargeback reviews, and special projects. Assists with implementing a company-wide financial tool and provides clerical accounting support. The role requires attention to detail, communication skills, knowledge of accounting procedures, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to learn.
