Responsibilities include defining requirements with Product and Engineering, writing and testing code, reviewing pull requests, using AI coding tools, and mentoring engineers. The role works primarily within a .NET and Angular technology stack, collaborates with global teams, and contributes to new products and features.

Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications for FACTS Financial Aid Management. Translate user requirements into technical solutions, recommend development approaches, use AI coding tools, and collaborate with stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.

Leads the enterprise data and AI organization, owning data strategy, governance, engineering, platform direction, and AI/automation execution. Establishes operating models, roadmaps, investment priorities, governance practices, and measurable business outcomes. Partners with C-suite leaders to translate business objectives into data and AI initiatives, while developing directors, managing performance, and building leadership succession.

Lead information security risk management across the enterprise: coordinate risk assessments, audit and SOC support, remediate findings, govern data and controls, support PCI DSS, use GRC tools and AI toolsets, mentor teams, and produce leadership reporting to improve security posture and compliance.

Plans and oversees organizational programs, tracks milestones, budgets, and performance, and prepares stakeholder reports. Maintains relationships with state agencies and clients, gathers customer feedback, supports training and sales content, and prioritizes product enhancements.

Lead development and deployment of machine learning models, perform EDA and data engineering on large datasets, train models including LLMs and unstructured-data solutions, build Power BI dashboards, automate processes, present findings to leadership, and mentor junior data scientists while working with SQL, Python, AWS/Azure, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
