Administer and support enterprise infrastructure including servers, networking, storage, backups, and OS environments (Windows/Linux). Perform patch management, basic system administration, contribute to network/storage support (SAN, VPNs, IDS, firewalls), support enterprise databases (MS-SQL, Caché, Oracle), and collaborate on performance, security, availability, and disaster recovery.
