The role requires gas detection product expertise, industrial or commercial sales experience, CRM knowledge, and travel up to 50% of the time.

Manage existing and new customer engagements for Honeywell’s industrial automation sensor products. Build customer relationships, provide technical solutions, develop account and growth strategies, support OEM applications, manage CRM activity, identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales. The role requires consultative selling, technical product knowledge, multi-state territory management, and 50% vehicle travel.

Lead projects from initiation through closure, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, monitor progress, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate status to leadership. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and ensure successful delivery aligned with business and customer requirements.

Design, implement, and deploy advanced building automation applications. Collaborate with product teams and customers to gather requirements, configure BMS/HVAC and integration solutions, provide technical support and training, troubleshoot complex application issues, and stay current with industry protocols and emerging technologies to improve safety, efficiency, and occupant comfort.

Leads mechanical design, development, qualification, validation, and lifecycle support for advanced pressure sensors and transmitters. Creates CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation; performs design analysis and FEA optimization; supports NPI, sustaining engineering, product enhancements, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and certification. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, electrical, and test engineering teams while providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Provides high-level administrative support for leadership and teams, including schedule and meeting coordination, communications, office systems, data management, filing, reports, presentations, correspondence, interdepartmental liaison work, and event planning. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, strong organization, multitasking, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least three years of administrative support experience.
