Partner with Digital Assets, Finance, Treasury, and Risk to design measurement frameworks, perform strategic analysis and modeling, build scalable SQL-driven automation and dashboards, analyze on-chain and finance data, create visualizations, and drive data-informed product decisions for USDC and related digital asset offerings.

This role involves defining and leading the security and risk strategy for Circle's products, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions while managing product security, compliance operations, and risk assessment.

Lead payments-focused data science work: build foundational datasets, metrics, and scalable analytics; analyze customer and transaction behavior (including onchain data); conduct strategic analyses to identify product and revenue opportunities; build reporting, dashboards, and automation; and influence product and business strategy through data storytelling to senior stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate scalable blockchain infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms. Implement IaC, CI/CD, AI-powered automation, monitoring, incident response, and reliability improvements. Mentor engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives, and support network launches, upgrades, and production troubleshooting in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation.

Lead origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and integration of acquisitions, strategic investments, and JVs. Maintain deal pipeline, coordinate cross-functional diligence and approvals, produce recommendation memos and board materials, and provide strategic competitive intelligence and mentorship to the corporate development team.

Lead growth for Arc Network and Circle platform products by driving developer and user adoption, designing growth loops, building developer-facing tooling (APIs/SDKs), coordinating cross-functional launches, ensuring regulatory alignment, and scaling ecosystem integrations across chains and protocols.

Provide transactional legal support for Circle's global capital markets business, drafting and negotiating complex crypto, fintech, and capital markets agreements (exchanges, market makers, liquidity, collateral, tokenized assets). Support Arc's capital markets go-to-market, create contract templates and playbooks, streamline contracting workflows, advise cross-functional partners, and stay current on crypto, stablecoins, and blockchain regulatory developments to enable commercial partnerships and revenue opportunities.

Lead detection and response across cloud, blockchain, and AI surfaces. Build detection coverage, run incident response, deploy SOC AI tooling, maintain SIEM/SOAR and orchestration, and collaborate cross-functionally to remediate threats and improve visibility. Participate in on-call rotation and support threat modeling, vulnerability scans, and custom tooling.
