Engages swap dealers, primary dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and market infrastructure providers; drives pilots from design through execution; coordinates with product and engineering teams; aligns integrations with regulatory, legal, compliance, and risk requirements; advises leadership on capital and liquidity benefits; and negotiates strategic C-level partnerships.

Own accounting and regulatory reporting for multiple legal entities, including month-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, SEC disclosure support, and compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and local requirements. Manage SOX controls, audits, tax compliance, and documentation while identifying control gaps. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes through automation and AI tools, supporting accurate, efficient, audit-ready reporting.

Build responsive Web3 applications, web SDKs, developer tools, reusable frontend components, and internal Customer Success tools. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to create scalable, accessible user experiences. Contribute to code and design reviews, automated testing, continuous delivery, coding standards, and AI-assisted development practices.

Provides hands-on endpoint, mobile, network, and infrastructure security for executives, remote offices, and sensitive locations. Responsibilities include configuring devices and controls, conducting site security assessments, remediating gaps, troubleshooting security systems, coordinating with Physical Security and vendors, maintaining documentation and runbooks, supporting audits, and responding to urgent after-hours issues. Regular domestic and international travel is required.

Lead Circle’s Global Risk Management AI transformation by redesigning processes around intelligent agents, building reusable AI capabilities, applying responsible AI controls, and driving initiatives from vision through delivery and adoption. Partner with risk, compliance, engineering, and enterprise AI teams; manage roadmaps, dependencies, reporting, executive updates, and measurable outcomes while ensuring AI solutions remain safe, explainable, auditable, and human-supervised.
