Lead Circle’s Global Risk Management AI transformation by redesigning processes around intelligent agents, building reusable AI capabilities, applying responsible AI controls, and driving initiatives from vision through delivery and adoption. Draft, negotiate, and structure complex fintech, payments, crypto, and technology agreements; develop contract templates and contracting workflows; advise on regulatory, tax, accounting, and operational implications; support enterprise sales, partnerships, and Arc network integrations; and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes while staying current on digital assets and payments developments.
