Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, including subscription agreements, technology agreements, statements of work, amendments, NDAs, and order forms. Identify and communicate legal and business risks, support RFPs, maintain contract templates and workflows, and conduct research across corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, compliance, insurance, and data privacy matters. The role also improves legal processes and escalates novel issues under the direction of Senior Corporate Counsel.

Coordinate affiliate partners, UGC creators, and influencers; manage applications, promo codes, communications, content rights, deliverables, and performance tracking. Curate, create, schedule, and repost social content across multiple platforms, monitor community engagement, maintain organized records, prepare performance summaries, and support paid social campaigns.
