Sell iHeartMedia broadcast and digital marketing products by prospecting, cold-calling, meeting clients, developing new business, and managing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to create data-driven presentations and grow revenue across local, regional, and national accounts.

Plan and produce live and pre-recorded radio shows (news, music, talk, sports, traffic). Research, schedule and coordinate guests, direct on-air talent and crew, manage budgets, obtain licenses/clearances, operate studio equipment, perform editing/post-production, monitor streams and audience feedback, and ensure compliance with broadcast regulations.

Own onboarding, coaching, and enablement for the SDR organization. Design and deliver training on prospecting, messaging, objection handling, and qualification. Use call/email/activity data to drive targeted coaching, build playbooks and learning frameworks, measure ramp time and conversion improvements, and partner with leadership to increase pipeline quality and team performance.

Produce and deliver on-air traffic and weather reports: gather and verify regional traffic data, write and edit copy, use digital audio editing tools, read reports and commercials, meet tight deadlines, and prepare content for web and social platforms. Requires split shifts and weekend availability.
