Bridge design and production code, improve platform quality and performance, define continuous evals, and grow enterprise adoption by working with customers and cross-functional teams to ship reliable, scalable AI-driven design-to-code experiences.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues for Figma customers across platforms, own end-to-end bug investigation, collaborate with Engineering and Product, communicate with customers via support channels, recommend tooling/process improvements, and contribute to documentation and community support.

Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical, pre-sales solutions that demonstrate Payload within the Figma platform. Lead demos, technical discussions, and solution design; manage IT/security requirements and questionnaires; collaborate with Product and Support to drive secure adoption and influence roadmap. Provide timely technical support to customers and scale technical sales efforts.
