Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs across Business and Technology teams. Identify federal programs, navigate procurement vehicles and acquisition processes, engage executives and technical stakeholders, and manage opportunities from prospecting through close, expansion, forecasting, and CRM management. Partner with Alliances and cross-functional teams to position Figma within federal programs and drive adoption, revenue, and long-term customer growth.

Manage federal compliance for Figma’s FedRAMP cloud security program. The role documents and implements security controls, supports audits, penetration testing and vulnerability remediation, maintains SSP documentation, prepares POA&M reporting, tracks risks, and guides cloud, application, and enterprise teams through FedRAMP requirements and authorization processes.

Manage Figma’s global immigration and mobility programs, serving as the primary contact for sponsored employees and stakeholders. Oversee high-volume visa and permanent residence cases, work authorization renewals, counsel coordination, compliance, reporting, vendor management, and employee resources across global regions. Support international relocations, M&A, expansion initiatives, and partnerships with People, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll.

Lead and develop a team of SMB Account Executives driving high-velocity inbound and outbound SaaS sales. Coach representatives during customer and prospect meetings, improve sales processes, hire and train team members, and manage forecasting, pipeline generation, activity metrics, and revenue targets. The role partners closely with Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Community teams while building scalable sales strategies in a growing organization.

Own end-to-end marketing for Figma Weave, defining its AI-native creative positioning, building brand awareness, driving full-funnel growth, and managing measurable marketing investments. Lead strategy and execution, hire and develop a senior marketing team, partner with product, sales, design, and Figma marketing, and connect significant budgets to ROI-positive outcomes.

Builds shared infrastructure for Figma’s internal AI applications, bots, and agents. Responsibilities include hosting production runtimes, model routing, observability, usage analytics, audit logging, cost attribution, identity and access integration, and security controls. The role partners with IT, Security, and product AI infrastructure teams to establish reusable platforms, engineering standards, and a scalable roadmap for internal AI workloads.

Leads product management teams responsible for shared experiences across Figma’s product suite, including platform coherence, multiplayer collaboration, workflows, interoperability, and the internal design system. Sets product vision, strategy, and goals; drives complex cross-functional initiatives; partners with engineering, data, and design; and hires, coaches, and develops senior product managers.

Embed with enterprise customers to integrate Figma products into complex technical environments. Build product code, design-system and design-to-code workflows, LLM-powered integrations, agent skills, and reusable implementation playbooks. Conduct technical discovery, debug unfamiliar codebases and toolchains, address enterprise security and access requirements, and translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams while shaping Figma’s forward-deployed engineering function.
