Figma seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead self-serve analytics and a data democratization initiative, enhancing program delivery and adoption across teams.

Build and evolve shared Ruby frameworks and backend systems powering Figmas REST APIs, async jobs, and workflow orchestration. Improve availability, scalability, performance, developer tooling, CI, and observability while modernizing a large Ruby codebase and partnering with product engineers to create reusable platform capabilities. Mentor teammates and establish shared libraries, APIs, documentation, and best practices.

Lead user acquisition and top-of-funnel growth for Figma by owning logged-out and sign-up experiences, running experiments and features to improve discovery, optimizing visibility in search and generative search, collaborating with Growth Marketing, and owning EDU strategy to grow student and educator adoption.

Own month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned areas, prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and flux analyses. Partner cross-functionally to provide accounting guidance, support audits and SOX compliance, automate processes using AI and automation tools, and maintain scalable procedures, policies, and internal controls under US GAAP.

Design, build, and operate scalable distributed systems and edge/network infrastructure on AWS. Implement an internal service mesh, DDoS detection and auto-scaling mitigations, and debug production incidents across the stack to improve reliability and time-to-resolution.

Lead a team of engineers to develop billing systems and manage the end-to-end payment processes to enhance user experience and support Figma's growth.

Build and maintain Figma's iOS app for iPhone and iPad. Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to implement features, participate in research and testing, ensure app quality, document architecture, and help recruit and mentor other engineers.

Lead the Interaction Design team at Figma, focusing on improving runtime APIs for interactive experiences, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product leadership.

Lead visual storytelling for major product launches: translate product strategy into storyboards, styleframes, and narrative-driven assets. Collaborate with product marketing, motion and product designers, and copy to set and deliver visual direction from concept through final execution, evolving Figma’s visual system and pushing new formats.

Own territory strategy and grow Figma's Federal Civilian business by building executive relationships, generating pipeline, navigating federal procurement, executing account plans, and closing complex enterprise SaaS deals across agencies.
