Lead multiple concurrent Laserfiche customer implementation projects from scoping through delivery. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, change control, risk and issue management, status reporting, stakeholder communication, technical resource coordination, quality assurance, training, knowledge transfer, and steering committee facilitation. The role also supports presales, implementation estimating, process improvement, and collaboration with product development to resolve technical issues.

Recruits and onboards reseller partners, drives new ARR through co-selling, and expands revenue through upsells and cross-sells. Manages partner relationships and a geographically distributed portfolio, monitors performance, recommends improvements, and travels within assigned territories to support collaborative selling. Requires channel sales and partner management experience, strong relationship-building skills, a business bachelor's degree, and 1–3 years of channel or territory management experience.
