Lead vision, strategy, and execution for an Agent Builder product that enables context for AI agents. Work with customers, sales, engineering, data science, and cloud partners to define roadmap, benchmark agent capabilities, design UX, and evangelize solutions to developers and enterprise customers.

Drive partner-sourced pipeline and technical capability across managed partners (SIs, resellers, MSSPs, cloud providers) for Elastic in the US Public Sector. Build technical engagement plans, deliver enablement and hands-on labs, co-architect repeatable solutions and reference architectures, support partner-led POCs, and produce customer-facing content. Measured on partner-sourced deals, published assets, and technical impact. ~30% travel; DC Metro location required.

Lead product strategy and execution for logs within Elastic Observability. Evolve logs analytics and end-to-end log collection/ingest/management, integrate GenAI/agentic workflows, enable automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation of logs, metrics, and traces. Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing, drive go-to-market and feature adoption, and use user feedback and engagement metrics to prioritize product evolution.

Lead and mentor an in-house multidisciplinary creative team to raise brand quality and consistency. Set strategic creative direction across campaigns, launches, events, digital, social, and executive communications. Translate complex technical concepts into engaging creative for technical and enterprise audiences. Build scalable creative systems and processes, partner with marketing, product, executives, and agencies, and champion experimentation and AI-powered workflows.

Own technical strategy and partnerships with OpenAI and Anthropic: build integrations and prototypes demonstrating Elasticsearch as the retrieval layer, influence product roadmap, manage executive and partner relationships, and co-create go-to-market content and enablement. Travel ~30% to partner sites and events.
