The role requires Kubernetes operations, FIPS-compliant security engineering, threat modeling, incident response, mentoring, and collaboration across platform and security teams. It also evaluates AI and machine learning applications for anomaly detection, certificate risk scoring, and cryptographic code review while preparing for post-quantum cryptography.

Own the Lux Framework developer experience, ecosystem, and AI skills strategy. Build partner practices, monitor performance, conduct business reviews, coordinate governance, support revenue generation, and align partner investments with strategic opportunities. Configure and maintain Avature applicant-tracking workflows, requisitions, job postings, recruiting tools, dashboards, and reports. The role requires consistent quota achievement, enterprise software sales leadership, strategic relationship building, financial and analytical acumen, and willingness to travel more than 50%.
