Lead email channel strategy for buying-group engagement, translating buying-group GTM into segmentation, cadence, and lifecycle programs. Manage a team, design A/B and multivariate tests, embed email in integrated campaigns, monitor lifecycle-stage performance, pilot AI-driven personalization/automation, and partner across Integrated, Field, Media, Digital, and Analytics teams.

Own pipeline and drive wins for ServiceNow Risk & Security solutions across ~40 enterprise Financial Services accounts. Support territory strategy and account planning, coach account teams, partner with customers and partners to envision digital transformation, and align recommendations with Now Value principles. Travel and collaboration across the US required.
