Lead technical discovery and pre-sales engagements for federal/DoD customers, delivering tailored demos, designing and running proofs-of-value, mapping ServiceNow Security (Armis, Veza, Risk) to compliance and operational outcomes, supporting sales through close, and advising product on federal requirements while representing the company at events.

Lead portfolio-level product and solutions marketing for ServiceNowAutonomous IT and AI-native workflows. Define the category narrative, unify GTM across ITSM/ITOM/product teams, engage customers and analysts, build customer proof points, and hire and grow a team of product and solutions marketers to operationalize the portfolio vision.

Lead strategic client relationships for major ServiceNow accounts in retail, drive new business and account growth, coordinate virtual cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps, achieve revenue targets (licenses, renewals, services), and maintain executive-level relationships.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for Armis and related security/identity solutions: lead discovery, design, demos, POV/POC deployments, and executive validation to support complex enterprise sales and measurable security outcomes.
