Own end-to-end design for complex CPQ workflows, conversational and agentic interfaces, and LLM-integrated experiences. Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leaders, prototype in Figma and code, maintain high visual and interaction standards, and influence product direction through strong communication and strategic thinking.

Lead large cross-product initiatives within ServiceNow’s Security Design team, creating AI-native product experiences, cohesive security workflows, and end-to-end user journeys. Provide strategic design direction across multidisciplinary teams, develop high-fidelity product specifications and design frameworks, influence product strategy, and improve design processes. The role focuses on security lifecycle experiences including SOC automation, threat intelligence, exposure management, vulnerability response, and incident response.

Lead pricing strategy operations, governance, and readiness for ServiceNow products. Advise stakeholders on pricing models, policies, product configuration, and portfolio reviews; coordinate cross-functional launches; document processes; improve pricing scalability, compliance, sales effectiveness, and decision quality. The role partners with Legal, Finance, Sales, Product, CRM, and business units while driving process innovation and managing pricing portfolios against financial targets.

Secure ServiceNow instances by assessing configurations against security baselines, identifying misconfigurations, validating customer-reported findings, and providing actionable remediation guidance. The role develops hardening guidance, distinguishes product vulnerabilities from configuration issues, partners with Product Security and Engineering, supports customer escalations, and drives scalable improvements to security tooling, detection, and risk-reduction processes.

Develops risk and security architectures with ServiceNow partners, creates reusable solution assets, leads workshops and proofs of concept, supports competitive positioning, and builds partner technical capabilities. The role advises executive stakeholders, mentors partner architects and presales teams, develops certification and maturity plans, influences pipeline, and guides solutions from concept through commercialization. It requires deep IRM or security expertise, implementation experience, channel sales, presales consulting, ServiceNow platform knowledge, territory management, and cross-functional collaboration.
