Own initiatives that improve sales efficiency through revenue tooling, CRM data quality, scalable processes, and workflow optimization. Define business and technical requirements, manage third-party sales tools, strengthen Salesforce governance, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and CRM Technology teams to launch solutions and drive adoption. Analyze large datasets using SQL, Tableau, Looker, Sheets, or Excel, while coaching teammates and managing multiple workstreams.

Own and execute SPECS’ luxury-focused social strategy across fashion, design, technology, and culture. Develop concepts, secure stakeholder alignment, lead launches, optimize ongoing content, and manage creative and social agencies. Build relationships with creators and cultural partners, translate luxury brand storytelling into technology and hardware, and contribute hands-on across photography, video, design, editing, and social-native formats.
