As a Sales Development Representative, you'll focus on cold calling small businesses, booking demos for Senior Account Executives, and ensuring prospects attend their meetings, while using our CRM for updates.

Lead a small revenue marketing team and own demand generation strategy, pipeline targets, TAM expansion, attribution, data integrity, tooling, and reporting. Drive cross-functional outcomes, leverage AI and automation, and operate as a player-coach while managing email, organic, paid, and inbound channels.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage small business prospects through outbound calls, schedule demos, and manage CRM activities, focusing on building relationships and driving sales.

Own Levitate’s outbound email revenue program end to end, including send planning, deliverability infrastructure, HubSpot targeting data, experimentation, AI-enabled automation, and performance reporting. Manage revenue targets, optimize email efficiency and downstream conversion, maintain list quality, and collaborate with sales, inbound qualification, and customer success. The role is onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina, and requires strong data fluency, operational ownership, and hands-on experience using large language models.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to hit revenue targets. Own forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking. Provide deal support, refine sales playbooks, partner cross-functionally, manage performance issues, and lead recruiting and onboarding to accelerate ramp and retention.
