Maintain and scale a distributed cloud-based VoIP platform by operating and optimizing SIP/RTP infrastructure (Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, RTPengine), building Go microservices, deploying to Kubernetes, improving observability (Homer/HEP, metrics/logs/traces), troubleshooting call quality and signaling issues, and partnering with SRE to enhance CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Lead design and implementation of a globally distributed Identity and Access Management platform. Own identity lifecycle, fine-grained authorization, internal SDKs/gRPC contracts, federated identity (SSO) and SCIM integrations, observability and audit logging, and help establish the India regional hub while enabling downstream engineers to integrate security correctly.

Provide technical support and customer service through effective communication, troubleshooting, and follow-up, while helping customers with their needs.
