Closes new software business through relationship-based selling, prospecting, objection handling, quota attainment, and solution alignment. Builds trusted relationships with prospects, including executive stakeholders, collaborates with account teams, manages transactional sales cycles, and stays informed on industry and technology trends. This is an onsite role in Lehi, Utah, Monday through Friday.

Leads Podium’s end-to-end demand generation function for a business vertical, owning revenue, pipeline, budget, ROI, channel strategy, and marketing efficiency. Manages and coaches a lean team across events, partnerships, webinars, media, lifecycle, and content marketing while collaborating with centralized digital, SEO, web, sales, product, finance, and revenue operations teams. The role requires hands-on execution, rigorous funnel analysis, experimentation, executive reporting, and AI-first marketing workflow development. This position is onsite five days per week in Lehi, Utah.

Coordinates recruiting logistics and candidate communication, schedules interviews, hosts onsite interviews, and supports a positive candidate experience. The role is based in-office five days per week at Podium’s Lehi, Utah headquarters.

Build and ship full-stack product features end-to-end, from design through production. Influence architecture, collaborate with product, design, and business teams, maintain reliable systems, and use AI coding tools to accelerate development. Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement while working in-office five days per week at Podium’s Lehi, Utah headquarters.

Manages post-sales relationships for enterprise automotive customers, driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and revenue growth. Acts as the primary customer contact, coordinates escalations and cross-functional projects, analyzes performance and ROI, addresses challenges, maintains account documentation, tracks bugs and cases, communicates product feedback, and supports business reviews. Requires 15%–20% travel.

Own the architecture, roadmap, and production operation of Podium’s AI agent platform. Lead engineers building orchestration, tool use, memory, reasoning, evaluation, safety, and reliability systems for customer-facing agents. Drive capabilities from prototype to scale, optimize latency, cost, and quality, and partner with Product, Infrastructure, and customer teams. Establish engineering practices for testing and responsible deployment while representing AI Agents engineering in leadership decisions.

Own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for internal tools and platforms supporting go-to-market teams. Lead zero-to-one product development, AI and automation integration, cross-functional collaboration, user research, adoption, and performance measurement. Use SQL, product data, and visualization tools to guide decisions, improve workflows, and drive sales performance, customer retention, and operational efficiency. Communicate product strategy and insights to executives and stakeholders.
