Provide email, chat, and phone support to users of Canopy’s SaaS accounting software. Resolve and troubleshoot customer issues, explain software features, advocate for customer needs, coordinate technical and account escalations, identify proactive solutions, communicate new resources, and improve support processes. The role requires a reliable full-time in-office hybrid schedule, strong communication, rapid software learning, and comfort using Salesforce, Intercom, Google Suite, Slack, and AI tools.

Provide subscription support, lead customer calls, prevent churn, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or product issues, and improve processes to drive net revenue retention and product adoption.

Provide email, chat, and phone support for Canopy users: troubleshoot issues, advocate for customers, escalate as needed, document solutions, learn product features, and improve support processes while maintaining professional communication and schedules.

Build and improve Canopy’s SaaS practice management platform through end-to-end feature development. Responsibilities include creating React user experiences, designing REST APIs and microservices with Python or Java, working with PostgreSQL, writing tests, reviewing code, managing Docker and Kubernetes deployments, resolving bugs and technical debt, mentoring teammates, and contributing to AI-driven engineering tools.

Own Canopy’s paid social program across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Build audiences, launch and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, oversee creative, run testing programs, and connect advertising spend to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue using platform, CRM, and attribution data. Collaborate with content, product marketing, sales, and RevOps, while using AI tools to improve campaign workflows and performance analysis.

Lead cross-functional product efforts for Canopy's Practice Management Suite: conduct user research, define AI-first product vision, prioritize and ship features, collaborate with design and engineering, perform market and competitive analysis, and travel for onsite user research 2-3 times/year.

Partner with customers to design, build, and maintain custom Insights reports (ThoughtSpot-powered). Gather requirements, analyze datasets, recommend report structures, update documentation, and collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver accurate, timely BI configurations and advocate product improvements.

Lead, coach, and mentor a B2B SaaS sales team to hit and exceed quotas. Actively participate in selling and demos, manage pipeline health and forecasting, develop sales plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and optimize sales processes to drive new business.

Lead creation and execution of sales enablement strategy and onboarding for GTM teams. Build playbooks, training, processes and enablement content, measure program effectiveness, and collaborate cross-functionally to close skill gaps and improve sales productivity.
