Lead cross-functional strategic planning and execution for Commercial Fully Insured offerings. Drive sales engagement, develop roadmaps and project plans, analyze data to inform decisions, maintain documentation and communication protocols, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize process improvements and product enhancements.

Prepare monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement sections; maintain cost allocation tables; analyze budget variances, cost trends and allocations; support audits, system implementations, forecasting, and accounting research; mentor and train junior accountants; and participate in cross-functional projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Lead strategic sourcing and contract management for complex indirect spend categories. Develop category strategies, run RFx events, negotiate contracts and SOWs, drive cost savings, manage supplier relationships, ensure compliance, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational and financial value.

Partner with DTS leaders to run business operations: coordinate governance, ERM, internal audit follow-up, capacity planning, dashboards, meeting facilitation, change communications, talent and engagement programs, and operational content management to enable team performance and leadership decision-making.

Conduct investigations into alleged health care fraud and abuse, performing data and records review, onsite and desk audits, interviews, evidence documentation, recoveries, referrals to enforcement agencies, provider education, and reporting to support administrative or criminal actions.

Manage and retain assigned small-group accounts by building broker/agent relationships, cross-selling Regence products, advising on benefit design and funding, mentoring peers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and customer loyalty.

Lead and mentor an IT operations team, provide direction for technical delivery, consult with business partners, resolve complex technical issues, participate in agile lifecycles, and ensure timely, high-quality solutions. Serve as management backup, support on-call rotation, and occasionally travel.
