Coordinates warehouse operations by prioritizing and routing orders, managing documentation, resolving process issues, aligning employees and workflows, supporting projects, handling internal requests, and monitoring daily order and task production in the warehouse management system.

Manage all aspects of projects from initiation to close, including scope, schedule, cost, staffing, vendors and reporting. Develops complex bids, proposals, and quotations for switchgear and electrical distribution products. Identifies bid opportunities, compiles material requirements, interprets specifications and blueprints, prepares take-offs, coordinates quotation information, and negotiates pricing and specifications with suppliers and customers. Follows up on open quotes, resolves bidding issues, coordinates with sales teams, and ensures quote and order accuracy. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Manage existing customer accounts through proactive inside sales, order entry, upselling, quoting, opportunity qualification, and follow-up. Coordinate with outside sales and fulfillment teams, monitor backorders and delivery risks, resolve customer issues, maintain order reports, and communicate market trends, pricing, and customer feedback to management.

Drives new business and expands customer relationships for low-voltage technology solutions across the Greater Chicagoland area. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, account planning, face-to-face sales, presentations, product demonstrations, quotations, supplier engagement, and post-sale relationship management. The role requires frequent travel to customers and suppliers, strong negotiation and communication skills, product knowledge development, and use of sales management tools.

Manages HRIS systems, integrations, upgrades, reporting, data loads, support requests, and process improvements. Serves as a liaison among HR, business stakeholders, IT, and vendors; provides technical support, documentation, training, testing, and root-cause analysis. Oversees HRIS projects and acquisition-related security tasks while recommending enhancements and promoting standardized HR processes and best practices.
