As an Inside Sales Representative, you will enhance customer interactions, process orders, suggest related items, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with outside sales teams.

The Outside Sales Representative develops new prospects, manages customer accounts, increases sales, and presents product solutions. Responsibilities include customer engagement, sales strategies, and maintaining relationships.

Support a large hyperscale client by managing inbound orders via email/phone, upselling products/services, qualifying leads, preparing quotes, tracking orders/backorders, collaborating with outside sales, and reporting market feedback to management.

The Senior Manager - Sales oversees strategic sales direction, manages a sales team, develops sales plans, and ensures profit goals across multiple locations.

Prepare accurate bids and quotations for electrical distribution projects by identifying material needs, coordinating with suppliers and sales teams, negotiating pricing, maintaining catalogs and price lists, tracking open quotes, and resolving customer issues during the bidding process. Support post-award customer service and identify sales opportunities.

Prepare forecasts, analyses, and reports for assigned business units; support budgeting, variance analysis, and sales commission tracking; identify trends, recommend improvements, ensure policy compliance, and act as finance point of contact.
